After studying sociology at Chuo University, I began my career with Japan’s Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. Over nearly three decades, I worked across customer support, international business development, supply chain quality improvement, and international cooperation projects in Japan and overseas.
Through negotiations with partners around the world and overseas assignments in Australia and Singapore, I gained first-hand experience working across different cultures, business practices, and organizational environments.
I later earned an MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where I studied management and organizational behavior.
